Ok, I've searched enough. I have decided on a #10 plate. I only have one question. Which one? BD has a #10 plate, I can pick that one up for $175 at a local shop. TST plates are a bit more and not avaiable locally that I know of, but they are the ONLY one I have read about on this board.
The little lists that each company has listing their plates and the advertised power output look real similar, but are a little different:
http://www.bd-power.com/ram/product.php?pn=Mechanical Engine Performance&tt=ram
Click "Fuel Stop Plate Specifications" on that page for the BD plates. I know these are manufactured by floppyheads in Canada and I'm pretty damn sure they aren't the same as TST plates.

Which company manufactures THESE plates?
http://www.dieselpage.com/tstpk.htm
These are TST plates obviously, but boy does that list sure look like the BD list... .
I'm confused. How many damn companies make these, and why do they imitate each other's web page to make them look all the same? If the BD #10 plate plate is identical to the TST #10 plate, then that's easy. I'll buy it here for $175.
If it's NOT the same, I'd like to know what's different between that one and the TST plate and why I should buy brand X over brand Z.
