Cameras already installed but not active?

My camera setting appears to list several cameras which it doesn't or can't access. I've seen somewhere that the cameras (e.g. baby cam) are installed but have to be activated by a dealer? Anyone familiar with these or are they options?

The backup camera is in the tailgate handle bezel. The bed camera is mounted in the 3rd brake light. If its not listed as a option you don't have it. The option does exist in the radio screen though.

What about that "baby camera" in there? Same as the bed camera? If not there, it's a uninstalled option?

If its there it's in the CMSL on the back of the cab.
