I just got off the phone with cummins and they said they can order a campaign pump part #4090046 for $63. The bad news is that it is for school busses only and I would need all the info to prove that is what I drive. SO, a peplacement for me is $166. Does anyone have one I could purchase from you?? PLEASE!!! I am desperate ... ... and POOR!! I am student teaching this semester and need to make it through the next few months with no paycheck. I am willing to buy the relocate kit from vulcan and move whichever pump I buy to the frame rail. I would love to upgrade but the FASS and similar simply is not feasible for me at this time.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks

Wyoming Cowboy,

This may be your lucky day. I have a slightly used lift pump you can have if you want it. I would guess it has about 5k. I live in Estes Park Colorado. Are you in the Cheyenne area? Can't remember where Commerce county is located. I can ship it if you are desperate or we have a place in Montana and are planning a trip there the first week of March and could drop it off. We always stop at the Flying J for cheaper than Colorado fuel. If you like drop me a note or call at 970-586-9191.

I have said before and I'll say it again, the best $35 I ever spent was to subscribe to this site! The kind gentleman above is helping me and giving me a pump he had laying around. Acts of kindness don't go un-noticed and I really do appreciate this!! I look forward to the time when I will be able to forward this act onto someone else!

God bless the TDR and it's wonderful members

Cowboy,

The lift pump is headed your way. Should arrive Saturday or Monday. It is a Cummins pump. The P/N is on the outside of the box.

Looks like I will be passing on the favor sonner than I thought. Right after I installed the LP given to me, I got hooked up with a rebuilt airdog FP100 for about 1/2 price and no longer need the new(er) lift pump. Anybody need it?

Thanks again Max!:)

Ultimately you will be happier with the Air Dog. I was on my second campaign pump even with the Vulcan big line relocation kit now have the Air Dog and happy.

I have a campain pump that shiit on me about 1k, want to buy it? its still on my bench providing 6lbs. if ya hook it back up. Theres been talk around here of a new/buyer-different pump thats more reliable. Sorry dont have the link , but someone here will---Proflow

WyomingCowboy, I would not mind a spare for the boonie box, if you still have it. I will eventually upgrade, but have not made up my mind yet on which way to go. I would gladly pay for shipping.
