Camper weight

Hello,

I just purchased a '92 Dodge diesel extended cab with an automatic transmission. The truck has 60,000 miles. And yes, it was driven by a little old man: he pulled an Airstream. However,

I am planning on purchasing an Amerigo Camper. The camper weighs about 3200 lbs. Can my truck carry this weight (stock) or do I have to make any changes?

Can your truck carry it - Yes.

Will you be over GVWR - probably.

My camper has a dry weight of about 1000kg (2200lbs). When packed it puts me "very close" to GVWR.

is it a 250 or 350????????

ither way she will hold it i myself just purchased a 72 amerigo w/snap a nap my truck is a 93 w 250 loaded the truck sit's level plenty of power and great on the highway. might want to go to heavy duty shock's but other than that have fun with her... . Jason
