How does the 06 Auto Trans Exhaust Brake Operate?

Bucking in 1st with 5th wheel

Man! That poor deer looks puny. A big box of the biggest trash bags you can find. Tubeless tire repair kit, benadryl, bee sting stuff, snake bite kit?, extra glasses if you wear them. Pepper spray, works on bears and most anything else smaller. Big trash bag works as a raincoat/poncho, lay it under your sleeping bag on the ground. BRING YOUR TRASH BACK WITH YOU or put it in appropriate containers. Even monofilament line has life of 50+ years . Nature Valley granola bars, pop tarts, for emergency food. Buy an extra cell phone and put it someplace safe just for emergencies.

I've been to Traverse City and Petoskey and over the Mackinac bridge and back down thru Westconsin, where is Eastconsin? LOL It can get pretty stormy/nasty up there real quick even in summer. Battery operated AM radio to listen to Coast to Coast AM at night. Somebody spotted a bigfoot up there at Iron Mountain? a couple of years ago! Good luck

Just an FYI. I put about 950 miles on my CTD last week on a Upper Michigan camping trip. All of these tips were great and a big help. The truck ran perfectly and I never opened the box where all my spare parts were. Thanks again to all the folks who replied and gave me great camping tips.

I would think about installing a fuel pressure gauge and carry a spare lift pump and the tools to change it in the field!
