Stock turbos are too much a restiction to airflow to start with helping the rest of the engine breath does very little to aid the situation. I can make 13 pouds of boost at high idle with no load however

Are you referring to your 06 because I see no charger listed in your sig?

Surely you must be kidding about the high idle boost, if not a squirrel must have run up your pipe!

depends on who's defination of high idle you use... low idle on our diesel is the low rpm idle [750rpm] high idle is the engines top governed speed [~3300rpm].



fast idle and high idle seem to be used interchangeably here for the increased idle speed [1000rpm] when cold...



and a diesel engine turning at idle or high idle, or any speed. when not loaded is idling...
