I put one of our 24v grinds into my 04. 5, mileage went up 2mpg, but turbo cool down time increased & the bottom end wasn't as good as the stock cam. Made a different grind, mileage came up another 1mpg, cool down time & throttle response is better than stock. Overall hp & torque didn't change, but it comes on quicker and the tourqe stays in longer. Towing fuel mileage went from 9mpg to 12mpg, that's averging 63mph from the Washinton border to southern Ca. and back.
