Can anyone help with this code?

I just installed a TST PowermaxCr and I have a code P0514? I don't know if this code was there before the TST or if the TST caused it? Anyways if anybody knows what it means your info would be much appreciated. Thanks Also my truck is a 05 6 speed 4x4.

It's pretty common too, my 06 just did it the second day I got it from the dealer. My 06 had a flash available, not sure if there is one for the 05 though.



I doubt it has anything to do with the TST. FWIW
