Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Can-bus & Map Sensor

Allright fellas, a little help would be greatly appreciated My question is where will I locate the CAN-BUS connector (and what the hell is it???) and the MAP sensor. The directioons Ive been given say above the fuel pump and that they are close together! Are they talking above the lift pump??? Could they be any more vague??? Thanks in advance Smokin Joe

Yes, the map sensor goes into the head above the lift pump. The can bus will be a three wire flat weatherhaed connector that has nothing hooked to it except a plug with no wires. It should be hanging somewhere below the fuel filter or taped to the wiring harnes on the side of the block. Jake
