Can I get more out of my torque plate??

Plate works fine especially in trans lockup( it seems much better when i am doing 50 then i punch it) My question is can I get more out of it in 1st and 2nd gear. Still seems to lag a little in the beginning. Not doing any towing and I had 275 injectors but sent them back- told they would smoke on my 12v, auto, 3. 54. Have 260 plate THANKS

You might try adjusting your star wheel in towards the engine, if you haven't already. This little trick works wonders!
