Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Can I put in an -04 HO in my -00 Ram?

Can I replace my 2000 24V with a 2004 HO Cummins? The engine is complete with all the wiring harness, alternators and so on.



Is it plain forward, or should I look for a other 24V ISB?

If you have all the support gear and electrical, why not Question is though, do you need too Is the other engine wore out or is this a want-a-be thing? You could just set the new one aside for when the other wears out, whenever that would be Sounds like an interesting swap,

You'll need the wiring harness for the 2004-you have no idea what you are getting into-I'd look for a 24v motor to put in myself.
