Can someone give me the part numbers for parking brake cables? '92 W250

Can someone tell me the factory part numbers for the rear parking brake cables for a 1992 W250 CTD (Club Cab)? This is for the rearmost portion of the cable, that attached to the brakes. I need the part numbers for both sides.

I'm not sure of the part number, but I have one from the passenger side I'd give you a deal on. It is the upgraded (IMO) rubber inside rubber, so you dont have cable rubbing against metal coiling doohickies to stick together. Pm or email me for details. -- email address removed --

For parking brake cables I have found Carquest to be the only generic auto place that can find the odd ones. I just replaced mine this summer and they work fine. They even had the cable I needed for my 77 F250 Crew.

As long as my factory parts manual is correct, left cable is 4485121 and right cable is 4485120. Have your parts guy double check to be sure, typo's can happen.

I called my local Carquest and they said they could get them... . about $25 a piece. Not sure if I want to go aftermarket or pay a few extra bucks and stick with Mopar.

I do believe those part numbers are valid... . looked them up on dodgeparts.com and they came back as rear parking cables for '90-'93 Pickups with 12" brakes. Cost $33. 70 and $42. 32, respectively.

Your welcome. I'm with you on going with OE cables. I have new aftermarket (NAPA) ones on mine and they stick and freeze, they aren't worth crap. I knew I shouldn't of installed them as soon as I noticed there wasn't any rubber boots on them to keep out water and dirt. OE lasted 289K, but aftermarket didn't last out of box. This spring they'll get removed and trashed and new OE ones will go on.

I didn't catch this before but when I punch those part numbers into the "www.dodgeparts.com" website where I order all my parts, they both come back as "Right" side? I'm thinking there listings may be messed up?

I double checked the part numbers, and they're are correct. Now that's what my factory parts manauls states. I would double check the numbers with the parts guy before ordering them. You never know, typos happen. I'd hate for you to order them and be wrong and might get stuck with them.
