Can someone help me resize a photo to 300 by 300 pixels?

I have tried to post a photo of a Porsche 914 to a couple of sites to sell it. They are telling me it has too many pixels. I don't think I have a program that will resize it. Would anyone be willing to let me send it to you via email, resize it for me and send it back? Thanks if you can/will.

If you have windows, you should have MS Photo Editor. In it you can click [image], [resize] and change the units in the pop-up box to pixels. Then punch the arrows up or down to get the required size.
