Can YOU guys turnbuckle it, Can the HX35 be turnbuckled like the HY35 for testing. That seems to work on the autos.

The HX-35 typically has a rubber hose attached to the waste-gate controller and only requires a brass elbow that limits the air movement instead of physically restricting the movement of the wastegate linkage as on the hard-lined HY-35.
