2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Can you put the Headlamps in UPSIDE DOWN????

I replaced my headlights with these - man are they POOR - worse than mu originals - can they be installed UPSIDE DOWN???? I mean iy looks like the light is WAY DOWN on the road in front - there is a large black area . Like you adjusted the lans down on an old car... ...

They should be keyed so they fit one way only.

I don't think so. Just looked at mine and they have 2 mounting bolts on top and one on the bottom. What exactly did you get?

Just replaced the bulbs and I

thought that they could only go in on way also - BUT THESE LIGHTS are a POS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Way Worse than the originals... ... ... ...

Are you sure you got the right number bulb? Mine are keyed so they only go in one way.

Should be 9004 on all second gens and yes they have two small keys and one big one so they will only go in one way.
9007 and other numbers will fit but the lumens are aranged diffrent and therefore will not shine correctly with our lens design.

:-laf :-laf I thought he was talking about the actual head light housing. Guess it was just the bulb.

It turns out to be the COLOR

of the light - I went out to a very dark spot and the light is there - But A CRUMMY Color... ... ... . very hard for me to see... ... about as bright as a white bean in a bears a^s!

if they're halogen, you might have touched the lens causing it to shine less bright?

(don't ask how I know :-laf )
