Cane Corso

Does anyone have one? If so can you give me a history of its behavior. I want one and they seem like they would make a great dog for kids and family.

Thanks Nick. Thats some good info. I always find myself researching stuff to death. It's taking me 9 months to figure out what mods I want to start to do to my truck. Hopefully I can come to a quicker solution with the dog.

Sounds familiar on the research... .



From what I've found so far the cane corso is alot of dog. I'm not looking for a "show dog" so he won't need to be perfect relative to "standards". My main concern is temperment and training. I plan on contacting a local kennel club to see if anyone around here has any experience with this breed. A dog that size must have proper training and socializing or it's gonna be trouble. I've read nothing but good things about thier demeanor and personalities tho.

I've always liked the Mastiff breed.



What breed is the biggest of the Mastiff?



I would love to own one, but I don't know if I could afford to feed it!

LOL!

I have 3 GSD's, Both Males weigh in at 125lbs, and the Female is at 85lbs. They are Not fat either, Just Huge!. It is a Chore to clean the yard every day!
