Can't get to Travel Companion

Missing ad

When I goto "Manage my gallery" in the Readers Rigs section, I type my password and username and get into my gallery, but thats it, when I try accessing my albums it says... ..... "User gallery does not exist. You must be a registered user in the message boards. (2)", I'm pretty sure I'm a registered user, , Is this a result from Steve's crash ooops a bit ago, or... ... .....

Thanks, Rob

You Have Access

If you can post to the Discussion Forums, you can create and edit a Reader's Rigs.

Once you enter your gallery, have you "created" your first album yet? If not, there isn't anything to edit yet.

There are instructions on the TDR FAQ on how to do this, and I've pasted them below:

This is pretty easy if you take your time and read each screen carefully:

1. Go to the TDR Readers Rigs by either clicking on the link at the top of any page or by entering in the following address: https://www.turbodieselregister.com/user_gallery/.

2. Click on "Manage Your Gallery. "

3. Log in using your personal username and password.

4. If you have not done so already, click on the "Create Album" link. Fill in as many of the fields as you wish, then click on the "Create Album" link. This will return you to the main page within the Reader's Rigs area. You should be able to see the album you just created.

5. Open that album by clicking on its title. Review any blank fields and make corrections, as desired.

6. Scroll down to the bottom of that screen, and look for the words, "Add Photo To Album. "

7. Click on the "Browse" button and locate the photograph you want to upload. Remember, the picture's maximum file size is 122,800 and it must be in one of the following formats: .jpg, .gif, . png.

8. Click on the "Upload" button.

9. Repeat this process for each picture you wish to upload.

Hope this helps.
