I have wanted to show the pictures from sometime now. Just now taking the time to post them. This is an S400 custom turbo have been playing around with. Was a T-6 inlet flange now T-3 was 5" outlet. . now a HX-40 4" outlet.

I ran that on my truck after the twins were gone for a little while. That turbo is crazy - a little laggy because of it's size but after learning the truck all over again you can really make it work. Seems like we were getting around 55lbs out of it and my EGT's with Mach 7+ inj's wasn't over 1100 after holding it down for up to 90mph. It would make one killer drag/sled pulling turbo but could be somewhat streetable. Olee can do some serious welding - i think we grilled that turbo that night didn't we?? :-laf

You need a lot fuel! We tried it on a 24v truck auto with Mach 7s would not spool till 2nd gear But when it did she was on would pull like mad to red line only make 55lbs 57lbs of boost. A looser converter would have been better.

This may be a stupid question, but are all Rams fitted with a T-3 manifold? If they are would it make sense to fab up a new manifold with a T-4 outlet, that would likely drop egts? I dont know if it would be worth it or even be possible to fab a manifold that would withstand the heat.

Just a few things I've been pondering

Maybe, I have a guy thats going to try it out this weekend sled pulling if he don't keep it. I will PM you

ATS has a big foot manifold to fit a H2e turbo real close to a T-4 flange you could make it work.

I made this turbo a T-3 trying to get to spool on a auto 24v still didn't do what i was looking for.
