Can't clear DTC

I was playing with a mustang this morning and had my smarty set on sw9 and my mp-8 cranked and after the couple mile run my light came on and it showed as high rail pressure. I tried to clear it a couple times but no go. truck runs good other wise. I got distracted and for got to check to see how high the rail pressure got before i shut the truck off #@$%!

Wonder if you popped the relief valve? You may have your RP settings too high on your boxes. If you were low or running out of fuel you may have had some air pass through the CP3 and get pressurized(gas compresses faster than liquid) which caused the code. Some trucks throw that code weekly with no issues. I wouldn't worry but i would check your settings and valve. Don't know why you wouldn't be able to clear it though. See if it goes awway after a few starts,.

I had my POD rail pressure set to stock and in the year and a half i've run the mp8 i never set a code, the air maybe something but i am running a airdog 150. it was the longest run i had made with everything cranked up. boy did the EGTs get up there
