Can't find a "Flare Saver" or Conical crush washer

[HEMI®Dart]

I have a weep in one of my front brake hose to the hard line connection. I think a thing called a Flare saver or conical crush washer will seal it. It's a 45° flare.



I searched the web for 1/2 hour. Nothing

Also if you have access to Barnes/Bowman/KAR they call it a "GASKET, COPPER FLARE SAE 45° FLARE" the part # for a 3/16 #-3 is C29929
