where is the fuse for the aux power outlet

had my cell phone pluged in to it it was working just fine now it's dead

this is the lower one that has power all the time

i checked all the fuses in the truck and all where good:mad:

If all the fuses were good, then it's obvious your problem lies elsewhere. Before you rip the truck apart I suggest you take another look at fuse "L" in the Power Distribution Center.
 
Isn't the fuse for that under the hood, drivers side on top toward the back ? Im pretty sure I had to either replace a fuse or change a jumper up there when I first got my truck (02) so the power outlet would stay powered even when the key was off.
