Can't get an Egde Juice w/ Attitude to work

We cannot get a working juice w/ attitude that works for an 03. The first one worked for a week then froze. We sent the first one back so they could send us a new one. A week later it was for an 04. 5 to 05. Then they overnighted us another one,again for an 04. 5-05. Then the sent us another one, finally the right one, and it made the truck miss and threw an injector code. We called again, waited on hold and they were supposed to send us another one today and they forgot to send it. Now we will get our 5th one hopefully on Tuesday. Fingers crossed, this one will be for the right truck and work

I am dissapointed to say the least.

Your a better man than me... after the 2nd time around I would have sent it back and told them nevermind. Then after I got off the phone with Edge, I would have called TST

WOW! I know a few of the guys over there and they are sharpe I think. All I can say is I love mine! Well, if anything goes wrong it will hit on here! They are good guys though!

Lucky #5 is working now. Hopefully it will work longer than the first one did. I don't have a problem with edge. I actually tell people to buy edge products. My brothers comp has worked flawlessly since new, but this was getting really aggravating. Owning a juice w/ attitude for a month and only getting to use it for a part of a week is frustrating. Well lets hope it is all over now.

I guess it was not lucky #5 We are getting #6. #5 worked for another week and threw an injector code again when on level 5. Now they finally informed us that they have been having some problems with the 305 trucks and the HOT program. They are sending another box w/out HOT and they are supposed to tell us if they get it figured out.

I am glad they are working with us, but it is getting old installing and uninstalling the box. They must be making enough on each box, because they have next dayed 5 new ones with return shipping.
