This thing is really buggin the crap outta me. I cant get my main wiring plug(by steering column underdash-the big wiring block)all the way into the cab reciever plug. All the sides match, as do clips, but I get about a 1/2 and inch from a complete connection between the two plugs and it gets really tight and hesitant. It feels like when I get to this point the 1/2 inch bolt that tightens them together is going to snap or strip the threads but all the holes match and there is nothing in the plugs to "plug" them up???

any info would be greatly appreciated as this is the only thing from keeping my truck from starting after the "fire".

Thanks in advance, Nick

Try pulling the plug out again and inspect it closely for bend or distorted pins. Also check the female end that something isn't blocking the pins from going all the way. Hope this helps:)
