Can't keep it on the road!!

My dad has a 2001 HO QC 4 x 4 with 30,000 miles that is a bear to keep on the road. It is pretty bad empty, and nearly impossible pulling a gooseneck. It has good Michelin tires, its not out of alignment.



He did say if you swerve with it it has a lot of resistance coming back, almost like it doesn't have power steering.



Any thoughts. He is taking it to the dealer of Friday.

sounds pretty much just like mine was shortly after I bought it. It took 2 trips to the dealer for adjustments on the steering box then they replaced it. Took care of the problem. Hope your dad gets his fixed. As you say it got kinda spooky passing somebody on the interstate with a trailer behind. Let us know what he finds out. Doug
