Can't remember how to post pictures

Can someone chime in and walk me through how to post pictures again. I have the pictures on my desktop and now I am lost. Thanks.

Upload them to a server (www.imageshack.us for example) and then paste the address with the image tags.

Instead of clicking quick reply click POST REPLY and go down to manage attachments them browse and upload

OK now I encountered one other minor problem, how do I resize my photo's to fit in the allowed space. My photo's are 640x480, I need to change it smaller?
