I've impoersonated Sled Puller Twice by destroying the DANA 80 "Spyder gears".
When I was factory stock,, the only way I could spin 'em was like so.
Stopped,, In 2nd gear, clutch depressed fully,, romp it to Governed speed, then let the clutch out fast. Don't hit the brakes. or POW, something will go.
If you want to stop,, say,, for a "Burnout" do they same as before,, but have the wheels turned ALL the way to the left or right,, each truck will do donuts better in a certain direction,, MY truck does the best donuts to the left.
From stop, turned fully to the left,, clutch fully depressed, WOT to Redline,, Let clutch out FAST ya need to nearly "Pop" it to keep it from slipping (Stock Clutch) Once ya do about a 180*ya can start pushing the brakes a LITTLE,, and when you feel the truck kinda stop with the forward momentum,, ya can get on the brakes enough to stop the forward movement of the truck. Listen to the motor,, and feel the truck to get the right balnce of brakes,, too much brakes and the motor lugs/Brakes Overheat, too little brakes,, and truck rolls.
Once you have been "Burnin' Rubber" for about 5 seconds, there is a ALOT Less traction out back,, and the rear brakes are allready warm enough to not work all that great. After 45 more seconds it probably won't be to hard to sneak a "TimTheToolManTaylor" Type 3rd gear burnout.
On a side note,, it's NOT because your truck doesn't have enough power, it's because the computer delays power until there is enough boost. Boost can take up to a few seconds to build,, so unlike a gasser vehicle,, ya can't just be rolling in 3rd gear,, And try to Get a Good rolling burnout,,, the Boost just can't build fast enough.
Once ya BOMB your truck,, that's a different story,, with Just an EZ Burnouts will be EZ'er

The EZ fuels the truck before the Turbos spools all the way up.
Once you go off the Deep End with BOMBs,, that's a different story.
My Dually,, which once would only spin the tires slowly in 2nd after a donut,, will now "Light 'em up" in 4th gear from a complete stop (Depending on Pavement)
4th Gear, Redline,, Pop Clutch,, Watch the smoke,, and the speedo runs to 55MPH,, keep right foot planted and your hands on the wheel,, don't even try to wipe the smile off your face,, it is a futile attempt.
Have fun,, but don't say we didn't say ya could break somethin'
I went through the stock clutch, and TWO Dana 80 Diffs. Not to mention FOUR Michelin tires. (Dually)
Was it worth it? Oh Yeah,, next time yall see me,, I'll be "Lightin' 'em up" again.
