Can't tell is truck is stock or lifted

Good morning,



Getting a Geno's order together and I'm going to be replacing the sway bar links.



This may be amusing to some, but I'm serious; I'm not sure if the truck is stock height or lifted. Dad was the 2nd owner, I'm the 3rd... but we're not sure.



Truck has the Camper Special Package.



Is there a way to tell?

Your front coils should have a tag on them with a number. That number will tell you the parameters of the coil. Bring the number to your local dealer, or some of the aftermarket vendors will be able to tell you. When I put my levelling kit in I wanted heavier duty coils as I intended to put on heavier bumpers/winch.

I talked with KORE about the coils, found the number on the tag, and they sent me the extended coil with the correct strength.

The rear should be easier; look at the axle rating, and call a spring vendor again and see what the factory leaf number should be and compare to what you have. They can also give you the rough dimensions of the spring pack. Your dealer's parts dept also should be able to tell you the measurements. Also sometimes there are obvious aftermarket spacers front or rear blocks... (which may be stock on the rear... just to complicate things!).

If there are leveling springs on the front



2 thing to look for:



Stand in front of the truck. If the driver side tire is out more than the pass tire then it may have leveling spings.



Also if the front tires are not centered in the wheel well (back towards the cab)

this is another tip off.



Both thing can be corrected w/ and adjustable length track bar & ½" forward upper & lower links.
