I'll be driving from Cape Cod to Seattle starting June 30th. Route is via New Jersey, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, then west on I-94/90 through ND, MT & Idaho to Seattle, then north to Mt. Vernon/Anacortes WA, arriving July 15th. Looking for something to bumper-tow to help with fuel cost. See sig for description of truck. Have tow pkg, brake controller, & mag tow lights. 22,000 miles tow exp last 18 mos.

Well, if you dont find anything else, how 'bout lets have a big ole lobster feast at your place! I'd guess you could stack them fairly high - just dont stop or they might not taste so good when you get here.

BTW, did you post a note over on the NWBomber site as well?

Yes, I did post one on NWBombers. No joy there yet, either. I looked at uship.com, but am still a little nervous about making inquiries there -- lots of boats to tow this time of year, though -- as it seems heavily oriented to commercial haulers, who would obviously resent a pvt party like me.

Monday, July 5th: Leaving Indianapolis, headed for Milwaukee and Minneapolis, if anyone has something they need towed. Thx. JWC

As it should be commercially lisenced haulers, it appears as though not all are. I'm not sure how U-Ship is getting away with broker to un-lisenced haulers.

Shoot!!!! JW..... if I would have read your post earlier, I could have waved as we met in Montana! I left the Seattle-Tacoma area friday evening for Fargo, ND. Though I wasn't in my Dodge on this trip, you could have watched for my black 359 Pete (Ol' Shep) as I headed east.

Hope you had a good ride out there!
