Across the river from my work a ship capsized while loading a 525,000 lb generator from General Electric. You may have seen it on the national news but 3 guys got killed, they were in the cargo hold when it went down. They are in the process of floating it again right now. They've found 2 of the bodies so far. There still isn't an explanation of what happened because they are saying the load was only 20% of the ships capacity. Here are some pictures, the first one is of a generator like the ones they were loading. Sorry if the pictures are poor quality I used the camera from work. Before they started picking up the ship the horizontal crane arms were touching the water on the port side.
