CARiD Good or Bad?

Genos is out of stock until 11/30/23, CARiD claims to have Mopar OEM FS_68436631AA fuel filters, has anyone bought from them to know if they are selling real Mopar filters or is it knock off China Junk??? Oh some Mopar dealers have some for sale but I am not going to pay them $29 to ship me one fuel filter where Carid will ship 2 for $15.45.

Guessing if those were the real deal that Genos would also have them. So much fake crap online now. Personally I would wait a month for the Genos filters. Been burned before on counterfeit junk. Not really any recourse either. You're stuck with whatever it is. I wouldn't take a chance on fuel filters. No idea about CARiD though. Did you research them through pissed-consumer or trust pilot websites?

Well crap I just had someone inform me its an after market filter grrr, I hate it when places go out of the way to make it look like your buying Mopar, as for rock auto could not tell if the filter was in stock or not so not going to place order if its not... Was able to get two FS5300 from Cross filters I buy all my Donaldson oil filters from them will have them in a week or so...

Good sample size, over 6000. 18% 1 star. Some of those could be "well they said it was in stock and I have been waiting for a month now". Just making that up, but its plausible. 18% 1 star ratings is pretty poor. I bet Genos has zero 1 star ratings....

Pissed Consumer has almost 1000 customer contacts about Carid, 1.7 star rating, obviously this website is biased toward people with poor customer service experience, yes. But I couldn't find a single one for Genos. I have ordered parts multiple times from Genos and never been disappointed. Top notch customer service, that's why they don't show up on these websites.

Guess I will just have take a chance Rock auto has one in stock, the one I was going to use got crushed when a box fell on it Rock auto has a low price of $51.79 and $6.99 shipping so hope they have it as I need to get it changed asap

I don't recommend CarID. My neighbor had a very bad experience with them.
