Carli suspension - unh, unh!

Skyd Ram, U big turrrrrrrrrd. Now I am totally jealous. I don't think I could bear the strain of pictures once you get it done. But post anyway so the rest of us can dream of what's to come in our future. My only question is HOW MUCH??? Oh and I got my truck back yesterday with the New SRT-10 Hood and Chassis 3500 monster fender flairs. It turned out even better than I could have hoped. All post pics. My Dully is Patriot Blue. I have the KMC Rock Star black powder coat rims on it with Nitto Terragrapplers. The Alien Patrol bumpers and 12K winch really finish off the truck nice. Everyone that sees it says it looks like a Transformer.

Your truck sounds pretty nice and it would be pretty sick with the 6" System on it.

That's not my truck although I do have a 2010 CCSB like that one. That truck had a prototype kit that Sage put on it for the SEMA show last fall.

I guess Carli never released the big lift kits as they are not listed anywhere on their website. Do you have any idea if they are going to do it as I am looking for something in that height for my 05?.

They are just finishing up the development/testing phase and are currently working on building up inventory/figuring out final pricing/instructions. Deaver is still about 4 weeks out on the full leafs and Bilstein and King are getting rolling on the various shock packages now that Sage has signed off on the vavling. Hopefully we see something more solid as far a pricing and availability sometime in May. Oo.

Just completed a 30 min. brain picking session with a cool Carli rep. A most relaxed & informative session. I always felt I was his favorite customer, even though phones were ringing in the background. They're glad the troublesome move to larger facilities is over.



He referred me to 8LUG Truck Gear in Michigan as my closest dealer to SE WI.



8 Lug Truck Gear was most accommodating in setting up a 'drop shipment' from Carli, to save me time, as we are 'kicjin' chocks in 2 wks. They suggested ordering my CD-DBJP balljoint pkg. from their web site, using PayPal to streamline the order. Seems they can't keep enough Carli stuff on the shelves. They sold 10/12 of their recent 'quota', so I should have no problem getting my 1/12th share, otherwise they would quote a 4-6 week lead time for this item. Glad I didn't have to study this proj. to death [considering the $$$] & thank goodness for you fine folks contributing to the high quality input on TDR.

This is the Carli 6" Bilstein 2. 65 radius arm kit with full leafs. I am also running the Diff guard, Low mount stabilizer, and the LT bag kit with the 6" Bag spacers. The wheels are 17x9 Fuel Boost with a 4. 5" backspace and the tires are 37x13. 5x17 Toyo MT's.

how does the 6" long are system ride and handle compared to the 3 in carli system? are you having any issues with death wabble? what shocks are you running?
