Count me in. :)

We will have a convoy leaving our neck of the woods and will meet up with you if you like.

We've been discussing it on the last page of our usual thread.

Here :NEPA TDR

I know that there are alot of our club members going and we will try and park down by the turn where the dyno is set-up at. Its the best place for watching the scenery and just generally a nice FLAT area to move around from, unlike the Mopar show where we had to be part billygoat and live on the hill,LOL. I'll compile a list of who is coming and post it. IF we get ourselves all together in one spot or one are it would be nice.

DTroy and Highfinance97. .

Bring the NE guys along and come down park with us. I will see if we can get our banner, where ever it is and we can put it up.

I am looking forward to this show as the judging is done by profesionals and not peers and with free for all parking you never know who is in your class. I'll slip in and update as we go... ... ... . Andy

That sounds good. One big group would be nice. I didn't get to see everyone at the Chrysler show.

6BT-Dakota is bringing a 12'x20' sun shade. I have some extra lawn chairs that I can bring. And a smaller sun shade.

And the hills ... ... ... whomever designed that layout needs to have their head examined. I was walking sideways for an hour after I left the fairgrounds. :-laf

What Andy (Hammer) said. If we get a big enough group, we can get a tent, etc.

I'm in - same drill as this past weekend - I'll be arriving early Thursday afternoon.

I will be there with the Dakota. I believe Highfinance97 & dtroy will be along also. anyone that wants to get ahold of me, send me a e-mail and ill reply back with a cell #

I wont be able to make it up till Sat morning, let me know where u all will be parked if able. I would really like to meet some more TDR members! Hammer will the dyno be set up at the same place as it was this weekend or will it be else where?

Looks like I may be able to make this one. :D Will I be able to park with the group if I'm registered and show up Sat morning? Do they box out an area based upon registration or is it a free-for-all. If I'm going to be out in no-mans land, I'll just park outside and walk in. Hope to see you guys there.

I used to go every year, until those idiots with the lowered buzz-bomb trucks started taking over. #@$%! They get out of control every time. It takes everything I got not to throw it into 4x4 and run over those "things" with the pimply-faced ginger kids inside 'em!... ... Alright, I'm cooled down now. :-laf

DTroy...

years ago when they took the dirt track out of the fairgrounds they had talked about flattening the grounds, then the tree huggers stepped in and screamed about water runoff and they were stopped. I also have that one leg shorter than the other deal also,LOL.

DMcPherson...

IF your in or around the Hartford area it should come up about 330 miles. Our company does a turn and meet at the line in Danbury and they pay us to run I-81 to I-84 and the milage is 255 miles. With the I-84 and I-91 crossover at the 65mm I would say I am fairly close,so about 5. 5-6 hours, unless your on the loud pedal a touch then maybe 5-5. 5 hours or shorter,LOL.

Scott...

I am not sure on the tent deal for this show as the place is busting out at the seams. I will call them and check though and I am certain that lady would love to hear from me again,LOL.

master1578...

Free for all parking is the name of the game,HOWEVER,with the number of us there we will be able to control the amount of space we need to use. Come on in with your truck as there will be enough of us around and can make sure we have a places for you, even though you have those dirty ol stacks,LOL.

BSwope...

We try park down on the curve backed up against the manufacturers midway, across from the dyno. Yes,the dyno will be near or at where it was for the Mopar show. Its a high traffic area and the scenery is always good there.

mhuggler...

I do understand what you saying, except, they are trucks also and as much of a PIA they are,one can get some neat ideas from looking at them. I don't bother with them unless one of them comes down in front of us dragging their frames and stirring up dust, then it may be clobbering time and we will need you to help restrain my very small frame and light of foot stature. After all,I am a little guy and I would't want to get hurt by one of those young'ens,LOL. Come on down, its a great time loaded with tons of really bad ideas for your truck and if that isn't your cup of tea, then the early evening antics of the large units out back and a train horn musical melody from them may make your night.

With Brian coming we may have to restrain him a tad. If he finds any of the large units out back with those 12" fatties on them he may just try and fit them into his bed of his pickup truck. So we either bring a leash for him or take away his tool box early and not give it back until he leaves,LOL... ..... Andy

... even though you have those dirty ol stacks,LOL.
:--)

Well I never..... #@$%! :-laf

You know it occurred to me that by the time you get around to putting stacks on your truck people will be coming to shows saying, "Look at that truck with those RETRO stacks. "... . :-laf

As far as the parking, that sounds like a plan. I also talked to REmpson (Inferno Red 06 with the cap from Spring Fling) he is interested in coming as well.

Hey Andy i have that short leg also! :-laf It came from that nice ground hog thingy beside the right rear, and the best thing about it was u even warnd me not just 10 seconds before i walked back there! ;)
