I am getting ready to replace a leaking heater core on my 03 quad cab. Coolant was running down the inside of the firewall and out the passenger door area. I am considering replacing the carpet flooring at the same time as it was filthy when I bought the truck. Since it is a work truck I may put rubber flooring back in if possible. Has anyone done this and if so who has a quality and well fitting replacement available. Found some on ebay but would like to verify quality first. Truck is a manual with manual 4wd.
Thanks,
Matt

Have used the ACC vinyl flooring many times. It is a job for the summer when the temps are up. Make sure you have a heat gun too. Although they claim it is custom fit, you will have to do a LOT of trimming. And there are no holes for bolts, etc. Very time consuming, but I have had some good restults. Also I like to put Dynamat or similar product down first on the metal cab floor before putting the vinyl down.

Only other option is junk yard truck with the vinyl flooring, hard to find, but I have done it before. You can still buy the OEM flooring but only for the 4th gens.

Good luck.
