Red360,

You'll need (3) female AN-6 flare fittings w/ 3/8" barb to go in the fuel line. (The weber adapter has a male flare. ) I got my Parker brand fittings, which are brass, at a HD truck parts shop. Also just to really confuse the issue. There are two -6 sizes, ISO/JIC (or something like that) and SAE. If your getting the weber fitting from Summit or whoever, get the female flare/barb too.

If your going to use the DC pump & mounting bracket, you'll need to drill one hole in the top of the bracket and flip the pump around so the pump is running in the right direction. In other words, if you mount the pump as it's mounted on the bracket, the output side (of the pump)will face the tank. Or you could make you own bracket like Bodine did.

Clear as mud?

Red360,

As I said , I used Parker brand fittings except for the Weber adapters. I'm not that familiar w/ Earl's fittings, but it looks like AER-FCE1512 will work, but don't quote me on that. I would suggest going to Summit's website, SummitRacing.com, and familiarizing yourself w/ what they have. I think it's more complete than the cataloge. Punch in the EAR-991944 number so you know what it looks like and surf the site from there. HTH

There is a speed shop on our end of town that has a pretty good selection of fittings, Yearwood aso stocks some. I used the 6-an flair to install gauge blocks for fuel pressure sender right off of the 6- an webber fittings at the VP-44.

You will need 5 weber fittings if you are re using the stock lift pump. I can stop by so you can survey my system. Ill P/M my #

Ill also bring a couple of toys you can try.
