Nope, but I did have a pole cat in my shop one time. Now there's an aggressive, don't-take-no-crap-off-anybody little critter. When I finally knocked him off the trusses to the floor where my dog got a hold of him, the fight was far from over. The critter lost, but my dog took a few nasty shots and had the scars to prove it. Took it to the Health Dept - checked negative for rabies.

Whew, Doc you drag me (all of us) back through some vivid memories. Joe

Cat bites

Startin to feel paranoid, just realized these cats are talking to the dogs from the last poll!!!

I've found unless they're freaked out most cats will control their bite exquisitely—its part of cat talk. What really smarts is when they get a claw into you and it starts coming out in another spot—ouch!!. My dogs all know this—reaspect for his lordship is devout. "Cats rule, dogs drool". ;)

Yeah I have... ... . Wife's cat had a tic in his paw. So I'm petting him this alone was freaking me out. Then I work my way down to his foot, grab the tic and the cat freaks scratched me, bit my arm, and pissed on me too. Damn I hate cats... ... My dogs like chasing them though so they are good for something. :D

When I'm around cats I get the urge to play rough with them. I usually end up with a forearm and hand that looks like it's been though a meat grinder. My worst one was when I had a cat hanging from the skin on the inside of my forearm. I don't think they've found that cat yet.

A cat bit my daughter years ago... I reached under her bed to get it and it bit my finger right through the fingernail. Ouch!

By the way, did you know some cats can fly?

Warning!! If it's a cat that you don't recognize then don't mess with it.

Call your local Chinese restaurant and they'll dispatch someone over immediately!!:p

Don't you know the cat moto?

I ignore, therefor i am

cats are ok. so are taxes, clinton, dry heaves, rain, snow and wind storms.

And 'rob henson' is right, cats CAN fly. my wifes has enough air time to get his private pilots licence. [he-he-he]

Got an agreement with my neighbors. Yes, really. They don't complain about my straight pipes at 6:00a. m. in the neighborhood, and I don't kill their cats that I catch in my yard. :D

Footprints and scratches on a $40,000 truck is justification enough.

Been bit? Yes. That one died young. (was several years, and states, away)

Hate me if you must, but it's how I feel. Dog bites? I can forgive. Go figure. Just love dogs, I guess.

Just about everywhere scince.........

That small ball of Manx kitten came out here via brother in law from Vegas. I swear this cat hides queludes in the catbox cause it has mood swings larger than most of the attitudes seen under our hoods :D not to mention this thing is god's answer to mousing, squirling, chipmunking, insects, humming birds, starlings, puppys, people, yarn, and tiolet paper. Oh yeah and these stinkin wild turkeys we have up here that decide to roam arround at will now have to pack heat.

Three pregnant cats are chatting. The first says: "My kittens will be nice,

yellow Angoras. "The second replies: "Mine will be white Siamese. ""And how

about you?" they ask the third. The third cat giggles, "I dunno, my head was

in a trash can... "

I've been bit once, 20 years ago. I was getting rid of a girlfriends cat, Who liked to chase and attack her when he saw her. Well, I took this Siamese cat for a long drive, and tried to get it out of my car. It wouldnt move. I had to carry it out of the car. When I tried to let it go, it sunk its teeth into my hand. I finally pried it loose with my other hand and threw it about 20 feet. The cat ran, and was never seen again. The hand swelled to the size of a grapefruit and sent me to the hospital for a few shots. After dating her for another few months, I see why that thing chased my girlfriend. I should have left the cat alone and maybe it would have bitten her a few more times.

I happen to like cats, as long as they are outdoor ones, dont rub up against me, like to eat rodents, and come when called.

BTW, I have a mutt cat that fits this profile. It also likes my Basset Hound, and sleeps with the dog too. It thinks it is a dog.
