Cat Test Pipe

I happen to live in an area that has emission standards, and as a result I am having trouble finding a dealer that will sell me a Cat converter test pipe. Anyone out there in cyberspace have any thoughts on where to get one. I'm in the Portland Oregon area. Thanks

If you dont get any results on your post- email me and I will send you the part number and where I got mine. Had to walk my local Dodge dealer parts man thru it but finaly was able to show him on the microfish where it was. By the way, when I recieved the part the receipt was clearly marked for test purpose only.
