2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission catalytic converter/ steering

I have a 2001 with 240,000kms is it ok to get rid of converter.



Also i hear there is aftermarket parts to tight-up the steering.

Model year 2001 has no catalytic converter.

The smaller thing you see in the exhaust is a resonator.

Mr. Thomas, would you happen to know if the 98. 5 has a cat? There's a can there that I thought was a resonator, my brother says it's a cat..... TIA

98. 5, Green, running boards, comp. Injectors and gauges on the way!

Both my '95 & '01 trucks HAD resonators... ... . they both fell off.

No catalytic converters on the ISB's. Just the resonator.
