cb mounting

A year back I read a post about someone who fabricates a special mount for cbs for our trucks. I did a search and cannot find it. Does anyone know, or have one that can give me info?A friend of mine used two cell phone mounts. Seemed to work ok but am still pursuing the custom mount first.
