CB Radio mounting

Could someone refer me on a good mounting spot for a CB in a 6 speed. I have seen some have a Brolin? mount. WHat is it?

I mounted mine right under the steering colum. Works great, but you cant see the channel numbers. kinda pick a channel and drive

Shelby has already put a small pic up above. I will "try" to add a link to a bigger pic or you can search *Brolin Mount - products and assy - last 6 months. I don't have a digital camera because the one I want is still $6,000. No that isn't a typo. I use a film scanner so I woule have to take photos process film then scan it. Not practicle for this use. Sorry. Here is the attempted link

OK thanks for eveyone's help. But now I have a different problem, How do I get a Brolin mount or can someone tell me how and where it mounts. How it is made what is it made of? I can make one if I get the right info.

My girl always sits in the middle of the truck, (next to me of course ) so would like to know how much this mount inteferes with a middle passenger.



I allready have two 6' CB antenna's mounted on my truck, I just need to get a CB, and a mount for the CB, and wire it up...

What's the price? ANymore pictures floating around out there?? How easy to use/get to CB/etc.

I did the same thing as Ted. ( He told me to do it ) Worked out great. I had a Brolin Mount that I couldn't use because the bracket won't fit. The sub enclosure Hangs down to low to attach the bolts.

My girlfriend has the Brolin Mount now and Loves it
