I have two main guns. In an inside pants holster I carry a 5"1911 45 ACP. Loaded w/ Hornady 230g XTP +P. I carry 8 in the gun and two spair mags w/ 8 rounds each.

And a Taurus 5 shot 44 spec. 3" in a fanny pack. Load with Blazer 200g Gold Dots. 5 in the gun and 4 speed loaders.

How about the rest of you CCWs??????

I originally got my CCW to carry my Ruger Redhawk 44 mag. I carry it under my coat while out hiking(shoulder holster).

When I go where strange people are instead of animals, I carry my wife's Lady Smith 9mm in a shoulder holster... it is much easier to conceal.

I have a few that I carry. Lately I've been carrying a Taurus Tracker in . 41mag (Winchester silvertips 175gr). I also carry a Ruger gp100 (357) and a Ruger sp101(snub 357-usually with 38sp). All are carried in Kramer holsters. http://www.kramerleather.com

When i am carrying i have my Wilson KZ-45 in a Tigershark holster or my USP Full size in a Mitch Rosen rig. I also carry a S&W J frame in a pocket holster. At work i carry my Wilson in a Galco outside the pants holster. For Ammo, i carry 165 grain Hydra Shok in all my guns larger then 9mm, in that i use MagSafe.

Mdlowry, Kramer holsters are great. I love them

Who wants to leave the shells behind? Besides only need one shot per, and I don't think I'll be attacked by 24 guys at once anytime soon.

Is this with . 357 or 38sp? I think the . 357 is a bit much in this little thing. At least for me. I'll stick with my Taurus for the most part. :D

Smith & Wesson 4013 Stainless 40 S&W with inside the belt holster. Got many others, but that is my favorite. I got my wife a Beretta Tom Cat model 3032, 32 cal. to carry in her purse, nice and small, however I have found that it works great for a pocket carry!

well D, you knew I would answer this one, you know of one I carry, But my all time favorite weapon to have with me is my mind... silly but I am TOO aware of my situation and avoid any situation or place that takes me off gaurd, We (danelle and I just think like a cop) and we have never gotten into any trouble.....

oh and Harpy, and police model spyderco's are always on me as well

Boy those are some big hog legs some of you guys pack... .

Concealed..... I carry a Freedom Arms 454 Casull in an ankle holster. :D

You're killin' me! :D:D:D:D

I carry my HK P7 M10 (. 40 S&W) squeeze cocker with me in a black (of course) IWB or OWB (depending upon situation) Kramer holster.

HK... when only the very best will do!

However, when I'm hiking I always take my Glock 20 (10mm) loaded with my smokin' hand loads. Hoowah!

Colt Pocket 9 - 9mm Stainless Steel. Bought it right before Colt decided to halt supplying the civilian market. Collectors item now.

Also, Berretta 92FS 9mm.

It depends what time of year it is. In the winter I carry a 45 ACP (varying makes). Need the extra punch to get through heavier clothing. Summer I carry a Colt Detectives Special in 38 special. Use a 145g xtp. Considered a . 357, but the chance of collateral damage is to great, especially in Cambridge MA. The Colt is easy to carry in a fanny pack or under a light shirt. All loads are hand loaded.

TNTWAY, how do you like the Sig 220? I've had my eye on one for a while?

another tactical tupperware shooter here. Glock 22

. 40 cal with 180gr federal Hydroshocks. Game over.

Actually looking for a HK40C to trade for my glock. Keep your eyes on the lookout for me.
