The real challenge is doing the CD changer and the Sirius receiver on the Nav radio! Just did it and don't recommend you try this at home unless you do electronics for fun or money!
It's not too bad but you need to do some re-wiring on the harness section for the 6-slot CD changer. You use the Grand Cherokee two-to-one switch box which talks to the CD/aux button on the control head for the Nav radio. Fortunately, the switch box has a pin-out diagram stuck to it. And you need a special jumper to get the Sirius receiver name/artist info to the Nav head unit. They are Mopar #'s listed for the Jeep.
You can also use a P. I. E. remote buss switch to select between the CD changer and other stuff like a MP3 player for direct feeds, but that has to be switched by a separate remote... .
Well, it is a direct plug in if you have the 10-disc CD player, but that won't fit under the seat in the '03, or at least not under the power seat..... oh, well
Just with a cable you can buy from Mopar which is listed as a part # for the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Uses a 2-1 switch box which is part of the same Nav radio/10 CD-changer kit.
