Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Center axle disconnect

Hey guys is the small amount of gear oil that comes out when you pull the CAD cover made up by the pumpkin by itself or does it need to be replaced by me? Also the dealer wants $240 for the vacuum motor. That sure sounds high to me. thoughts? Bill
