2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Center Console

My latch for the center console is very difficult to open. Are there replacement parts out there and how hard is it to replace them. Thanks for anybody's help.

if button is real hard to press, you can try turning the stud on the door out alittle ( making it longer and maybe easing the pressure on the latch some. Do you have to slam the door down hard to latch it? if so this might help>

When I push the latch in... its like it doesn't go in all the way or snags??? I'll try that... Thanks Have a happy holiday.

try pushing down on the door as you're pushing the button. if it gets a lot easier, adjutment should help a bunch. same procedure is required when you install the "500 hp guaranteed" Geno's cup smoothie! :-laf
