I'm trying to re-center the steering wheel after a DT Profab trac bar installation. The DT instructions say to "adjust steering relay link", but I'll be darned if I can find that in the factory service manual.

I'm guessing it's the threaded collar on the bar connected to the pitman arm? FSM calls this the drag link.

I know this has been discussed before, but I could not get the search function to work for me

Yes your correct, that is where you centre the steering wheel from. T ake truck for ride and see where the wheel is at, bring it back to your garage and put steering wheel back to the same position so that the wheels will be going in staight ahead position, now adjust the sleeve at the pitman arm until the wheel is straight. You may have adjust twice to get it right.

That's right, you center the steering wheel with the drag link. Loosen the locks on the threaded ends and turn until your wheel is straight. Doesn't take much, usually one turn or less. If you have an aftermarket steering damper that is larger than stock, make sure you turn the locking mechanism on the drag link adjustment to a position where it won't hit a portion of your damper. Easier to see than explain.
