Houston meeting for July

At last count there is only two of us confirmed. Anybody else joining in. I still think a 0600 departure from Bend would be about right. Lets work out the details, only 7 days away :D

Portland oregon meet?

OK Guys- first post.

I'm very impressed with all the information I'm getting from this site.

What I'd like to know is whats up with this July 14th meet, as I'm in Portland?

Thanks

HJ,

Welcome aboard. You will get great info on this website. I have really enjoyed it myself. Hope to see you at Timberline. :D

I will be coming up the I-5 from Medford, when and where can we meet Shelby? Are you guys heading back to Bend On Sat. as well?

Meet in Salem, if we can time it right

Sky,

JAnderson AKA "Desert RAM" and myself will be heading over HWY. 22 to Salem and then North on I-5. We are meeting at 0600 in Sisters for breakfast and then heading West. My best guess is that we will be in Salem at the Junction of HWY. 22 and I-5 at about 0900, this will put us at Timberline @ about 1000.

It would be great to meet up with additional TDR members in Salem, and then convey North together.

If you think we could all meet, let me know and maybe we can figure out a meeting spot. Right off the top of my head, I am thinking of the Pilot Truck stop North of Salem at the Brooks exit.

Let us know if that MIGHT work???????

Desert Ram has a CB, and I might have a portable, so we can hook up with the CB's.

I notice the Seattle guys will be on channel 3, why don't we do the same.

Pilot truck stop

Shelby... .

Pilot Truck Stop is a great idea. Easy off and on and easy to find. If you name the time, I'll be there.

Joe,

I am thinking 0845-0915 time frame. That should put us at Timberline close to 1000, giving us an hour to polish the rigs for anybody entering the show-n-shine.

We will have at least one CB in the group on channel 3 to match what the Seattle folks will be running.

If you want my cell phone number, shoot me an e-mail.

If you have no contact and it gets to be 0915, I would just head on out.

I'll be there by 8:45 and will wait 30 min. No problem if we don't connect, I'll just head up if you guys don't show. I don't have a CB. Thanks for the cell phone offer, but it's fine.

See you at Pilot or PDX.

Joe
