The Central Texas Museum of Automotive History is having its annual

Swap Meet Sept. 19-22.



If you have never been to this thing your missing out, its 300 acres

of booths selling everything from antiques, to cars, to car parts,

they have a car and hot rod show, you can go through the car museum

which is one of the best in the country, and its all right here in

central texas in Bastrop.

Just as a follow up to this post, just wanted to let y'all know we're going to have a booth at the swap meet and my 4x4 club VP has a trailer load of stuff he's taking to sell that includes the following items plus alot more:



*CJ-7 hard top in great shape

*CJ-7 hard doors in so-so shape

*T-5 transmission in good shape

*Complete 258 engine in running order (won't actually have this there, but he'selling it)

*International Scout 4x4 in good shape (don't know the year and all info), would make a great project, he wants $1000

*Couple full width Ford 9" axles with the large bearings

*Couple CJ-5 axles, Dana27, and Dana 44

*Quad trac out of 83 Cherokee



This is just a partial list of all the crap he has,



I'll have a complete wide track Dana 35 there, Good TF727 transmission out of 83 Cherokee, C4 transmission , TJ insta-trunk, set of CJ full doors in kinda crappy shape, and some other stuff.



So come on out and look through all the cool old antique and hot rod car stuff, memorabilia, and buy some of these Jeep parts off us.



The swap meet is approximately 12 miles down Hwy 304 from Hwy 71 in Bastrop (Turn at the Covert Chevy dealership, thats 304). If your in the area and trying to find out booth or just wanna say hi, give me a call on my cell 512-461-8415.
