2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Centramatics and Rickson wheels

Has anyone used the Centramatics with the Rickson wheels on a 2001 3/4 ton 4x4 SRW? The guy at Centramatics was talking about using spacers to make them work but he was not sure as to how many on the front or the back for this application.

I have an 06 2500 SRW that I put Rickson's on. I ordered Centramatics for it but they could only fit the rears, and could not clear the brake calipers on the front no matter which way I turned them and no matter whether I used the straight or offset versions (pairs of both came in the set of 4) I ended up putting a pair of Balance Masters on the front that according to their website are intended to be used on a set of 16. 5" duals. They fit and work perfectly. The part number is MHD-206. So far I am very happy with them.
