Last month I was lucky enough to win the TDR contest for Best Stupid Warning Label. https://www.turbodieselregister.com...-5-9l-intake-manifold-ends-may-25-2012-a.html
The air horn and tube showed up in perfect condition in a CFM+ box and in the box was also instructions, gaskets and a stud kit.
I had installed a Pusher (ebay special) intake last year at some point and did notice a difference in both power and reduction in EGT's. The main increase came from removing the EGR system and restrictive OEM airhorn.
Here is a link to all photos from install. <table style="width:194px;"><tr><td align="center" style="height:194px;background:url() no-repeat left"><a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/102797529065614912863/CFMIntakeInstall?authuser=0&feat=embedwebsite">

I will show the overview ones here.
On the bench with all air horns: CFM+ : Pusher : OEM

CFM+ tight fit on master cylinder

The truck starts and runs as normal. I will track mileage to see if there is ay change.
While doing this install I found a tear in one of incooler hoses. I will order a set from Geno's very soon... Make sure to inspect any OEM part you reuse on an install!!

I also decided to upgrade my air filter / intake while doing this. I went with a AFE stage 2 Cold air intake with Pro7 filter. It came in about a week ago and I have already ran through a tank with it. My mileage went from 16 to 19-20. I will see what the long term driving will reveal.
