I kind of like the look and have been looking around at them. These things all seem to to be copies, more or less of the Banks High-Ram Intake. They all seem to cost about the same, which is more than I want to spend.

On the ATS website there is a chart that shows some mild Hp / torque improvements.

The ATS on comes with some pre-tapped connetions for boost, T/C, water injection etc...

We dyno a 2001 with twins (banks VS stock) and lost 12hp over stock. But the Banks looked cool.

look at this picture the intake on left has a spacer and Banks on right has a heater grid under it. Did they flow test them this way?

I would like to flow a stock 98. 5-01 intake with the power-blok but i only have a SF-600. I will have to find a bigger flow bench around here. Bad thing is when all said and done all air end with this size hole.

So CFM+ makes the one intake tube, some mud flaps, floor mats and a few hats that advertise for them? Not trying to bash - cause everyone has to start somewhere but, $400 is more that I'd wish to spend, especially when (like OPoole mentioned) all the air has to go through the same size hole as stock anyway.

The piece "looks" cool but, I could find many other ways to more effectively spend my $$$. - MHO
