I am a green amphibious monster that evolved from the sea with thousands of brothers and sisters all born on 10 November 1775 in a bar called Tuns Tavern which was located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, our Nations first Capitol.
We made our first amphibious raid on 03 March 1776 at Nassau Bahamas on a British fort. We raided the compounds and stole all their gunpowder and supplies for General George Washington's men who were about to take a severe thumping back home. We have conducted thousands of deadly amphibious raids since.
We are the only enlisted military members in the United States authorized to carry a sword, a privilege worthy of officers only in all the other branches of service.
We are the only enlisted military members in the United States authorized to wear bright shiny metallic objects on the collar of our uniforms (the EGA on the dress blue blouse). Another privilege only worthy of officers in all the other branches of service.
I am a friend who would do anything for you. I am an enemy who will stop at nothing to get revenge if you cross me.
I have not been in a church for years other than to attend weddings, but I believe in the man upstairs and I know I dont want to tick him off.
I am the guy who holds the door open for you at the mall, and helps the old lady across the street carry her groceries in.
I am the guy who tries to help you if you email me a question or two.
I am the guy who sees a gray hair pop out every now and again, and would like to be in shape as I was at 17. I am the guy who wished he would have paid a little more attention in school, and listened to all the wise people who gave me advice through the years, and glad I never listened to the not so wise ones.
I am the guy who gets those looks from my wife when she catches me looking at something with long legs, red hair and looks to kill for.
I have done what others refused to, and have learned to tolerate and understand different cultures in the World.
I am a little of what some people never want to be, and a little of what some people wish they were.
I am proud of who I am.
